When you use MailMind, we may collect:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials via Google OAuth
• Email Metadata: Subject lines, timestamps, sender/recipient information for prioritization
• Email Content: Message bodies processed locally for summarization and analysis
• Usage Data: Feature usage patterns, performance metrics, and error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide AI-powered email prioritization and summarization
• Improve our machine learning models and service quality
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
• Communicate service updates and respond to inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Processing and Security

Your email content is processed using our 8-agent AI system with the following security measures:

• All data transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption
• Email content processed in isolated, ephemeral containers
• No email content stored after processing unless explicitly cached for performance
• Cryptographic audit trail maintained via hash-chain ledger

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Google (OAuth), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Stripe (payments)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

7. Google API Services

MailMind's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

MailMind is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States via Cloudflare's global network. We ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our service.
