Welcome to MailMind. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MailMind service operated by EpochCore ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using MailMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MailMind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MailMind provides:

• AI-powered email prioritization and categorization
• Thread summarization and content analysis
• Sentiment detection and urgency scoring
• Deadline extraction and calendar intelligence
• Smart unsubscribe and noise reduction
• Email relationship mapping

3. Account Registration

To use MailMind, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (18 for certain features)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Google OAuth Authorization

MailMind requires access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. By authorizing access, you:

• Grant permission to read, analyze, and process your emails
• Understand that email content is processed by our AI agents
• Can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings
• Acknowledge our compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All aspects of MailMind, including but not limited to:

• Software, algorithms, and AI models
• User interface and design elements
• Trademarks: MailMind, EpochCore, Locksmith, Ultramax, Waterseal
• Patents pending on quantum-enhanced processing

are owned by EpochCore and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or business email management.

7. Payment Terms

For paid features:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments processed securely via Stripe
• Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Implement emergency fixes without notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Limit service during high-demand periods

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• MailMind is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, Cloudflare)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EpochCore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content processed through your account

12. Termination

Either party may terminate:

• You may cancel your account at any time via settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:

• First attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules
• Conducted in English in the State of Delaware
• Waiving rights to class action proceedings

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on our website
• In-app notification upon login

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
